  • How do I delete my account? Go to the Homeify app, "Settings" section, then click on your email and then click on the icon at the top right of your screen.
  • I can't log in. Check your mailbox — a verification code is sent when you sign in with email.
  • How do I get help? Send us an email at info@homeify-app.io or use the contact form built into the app.
  • How do I get a refund? Visit Apple Support to request a refund through the App Store.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? Visit Apple Support or go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
